Today’s Challenge: Set your phone alarm to alert you several times throughout the day. Each time it sounds, jot as many things you can remember thinking about over the past hour. Don’t take time to be specific; simply write a word that signifies the subject. At the end of the day, reflect on what your mind has mostly been “set on” throughout the day.
