A friend texted, “Are you ready for tomorrow?”
It was to be a potentially challenging day. I had no idea if I was ready, but as I told her, I was sure God was.
God is ready. God will be ready. He is already in my tomorrow.
Another friend texted, “God doesn’t ask us to bear tomorrow’s burdens with today’s strength.”
I agree, yet I also believe God fills us with his strength today in order to prepare us for burdens we will face tomorrow.
And ready or not, tomorrow will come.
God is already there.
And he is ready.
