Wow. Yes. A friend whom I used to work with has been applying for different jobs due to needing out of her current toxic work environment. She had interviewed last week, still hasn’t heard anything. But as I told her, since elective procedures are being cancelled in preparation for the possible onslaught from coronavirus , it may be for the best. Her comment was “As usual God knows best.”

Yes. That “as usual” can often be a sigh of comfort but frustration. 🙂
