A lot of things are optional. But not everything.

There are some things you will not avoid.

For one, choices. You face them. You make them. You can avoid a choice from time to time, but that’s a choice as well.

And then, consequences for choices. You might not always connect a specific choice and consequence, but there are connections. You might be okay with the consequences; in fact, you might really like the consequences at times. Consequences can be both negative and positive.

Choices and consequences. Your day is filled with them. They are not optional. Go ahead and face them well today.
