Many years ago, I posted a song each Monday morning as the week’s kickoff to remind, motivate, and claim.

My motivation is different today. It’s simpler yet complex. It’s timely and timeless. Does it sound like I’m conflicted? Yes, but no. I’m claiming and asking. I’m dancing whole-heartedly and with reluctance. How can such duplicity exist? Because it’s the journey. How will it turn out? What will win?

That I know for sure.

And this morning, I’m standing firm while tapping my toes. I choose him today.
