“We’re going to pray.”
My friend claimed it. We were in the middle of a conversation. We weren’t at the beginning or wrapping it up, but she knew we couldn’t go any further without prayer.
So, we prayed.
Praying in that moment was like a door stop that pauses the door before it damages something. We need that check.
It can be jarring, but if you don’t stop, you might be doing more damage. Precaution can help minimize repair.
